I have decided to try the HCG diet.. Not sure about the 500 calories a day part but unless I give it a try how will I know if I can do it. You start the first 2 days gorging yourself. Your suppose to overeat and eat lots of fats – things I normally avoid. it seems pretty simple drops 3 times a day and very restricted diet of 500 calories consisting of meat and veggies.
So today I made an honest attempt to “gorge”.
Breakfast – Chili cheese burger and fries with fry sauce & coke
Lunch – hot fudge brownie sundae
Snack – Bloody mary
Dinner – Lobster cheese cake – prime rib coke.
Since I normally eat one meal a day I have managed to make myself miserable and feeling about 8 months pregnant and bloated –
