I think I found a better way to just copy and paste what I am eating for the day

I am suppose to stay under 500 calories and eat off a specific list of fruits, vegetables and protein.  Actually to me a very limited list.  I found a free web program fitday.com and I am using so I am going to attempt to just paste my daily food intake.  Basically the top protein and veggie is lunch and the bottom is dinner.

Headache is gone --I still crave sweets and food but I am not hungry.  Another observation is that my tongue feels scorched.  but the weigh is coming off
