Weight down 1/2 pound.

Today I cheated.  It was my 30 year anniversary at work and they had a nice lunch for me so I decided to eat the wonderful food.  Tomorrow I will jump right back on the diet.

day 7

I think I found a better way to just copy and paste what I am eating for the day

I am suppose to stay under 500 calories and eat off a specific list of fruits, vegetables and protein.  Actually to me a very limited list.  I found a free web program fitday.com and I am using so I am going to attempt to just paste my daily food intake.  Basically the top protein and veggie is lunch and the bottom is dinner.

Headache is gone --I still crave sweets and food but I am not hungry.  Another observation is that my tongue feels scorched.  but the weigh is coming off

Weight  - no change
Breakfast - 10 HCG drops


coffee with flavored stevia

Orange for snack

Lunch - 10 HCG drops

8 oz tomatoes

4 oz extra lean ground beef
Seasoned and made like a thick soup

Dinner - 10 HCG drops

4.8oz chicken breast
5.8 oz spinach
2 Melba toast
iced tea


70+ oz water

At dinner My stomach must be shrinking because it was hard to eat this much tonight
Still craving food but I am not really hungry
headache is much better

Breakfast - 10 HCG drops

Lunch - 10 HCG drops

8 oz romaine lettuce

3.5 oz chicken breast

Lemon juice



Dinner - 10 HCG drops

8 oz tomatoes

4 oz extra lean ground beef

Seasoned and made like a thick soup

2 melba toasts

Lemon juice and water with stevia



70+ oz water





Still craving food but I am not really hungry

Still have a major headache – I think caffeine and sugar withdrawal

well down 2.5 pounds -- so making some progress

breakfast   water coffee with stevia

lunch
13 oz cucumber (that is like a foot long cucumber) no way to be hungry if you eat it all
4.8 oz chicken

snack
orange

dinner
6.7 oz asparagus
2.8 oz steak
2 melba toast
lime juice with stevia for a lime ade
took 10 drops each meal if your really hungry they say to up to 12 drops

was hungry couple times but mostly I just craved food - any and everything I could not have

but I toughed it out

day 3

wow this is brutal.  here is what I ate today

Morning weighed my self  - UP 3 lbs  oh no


Breakfast - water  10 HCG drops

lunch  10 HCG drops
romaine lettuce 8oz
steak strips 3 oz
lemon juice and salt

snack
apple

dinner 10 HCG drops
halibut 4.6 oz sprinkled with cajun seasoning (tasted like heaven)
cabbage cooked it put vinegar and salt pepper in it
1 melba toast

Drank about 70 oz of water

was I hungry - YES was it unbearable NO

I do have a terrible headache which I believe is sugar and caffiene withdrawl.

dinner - teppanki - shrimp scallops steak chicken rice veggies

HCG for me???

I have decided to try the HCG diet.. Not sure about the 500 calories a day part but unless I give it a try how will I know if I can do it. You start the first 2 days gorging yourself. Your suppose to overeat and eat lots of fats – things I normally avoid.   it seems pretty simple drops 3 times a day and very restricted diet of 500 calories consisting of meat and veggies.

So today I made an honest attempt to “gorge”.




Breakfast – Chili cheese burger and fries with fry sauce & coke

Lunch – hot fudge brownie sundae

Snack – Bloody mary

Dinner – Lobster cheese cake – prime rib coke.



Since I normally eat one meal a day I have managed to make myself miserable and feeling about 8 months pregnant and bloated –
